About the Author
Nancy Salvador is a Christian from a Roman Catholic and Charismatic background who believes in the Apostles’ Creed, the inerrancy of The Bible, and the moving of Holy Spirit today.
Although loving God from the womb, she used to religiously “go up the wrong mountain” looking for Jesus. But learning to call on His name, she was rescued by the Good Shepherd.
Desiring truth in her inner being, her life was changed by a couple encounters with the living God and the excellent teaching that Jesus gives. She was also impacted by the Toronto Blessing outpouring that began in 1994.
She is a mother and a grandmother of four, and her family is very special to her. Also, called to be a full-time missionary, her ministry has been called Christian Mission Outreach since 1987. God has allowed her the privilege of mothering or being a grandma to many from different nations whom she also loves. She is grateful to be adopted into the family of the body of Christ, from the micro-level of her home town to the macro-level of the global church. She is also grateful to be part of the corporate bride of Christ, to be doing these blogs with Him, with His leading. “I am my beloved’s and my beloved is mine.” (Song 6:3)
The more that we know the Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit, the more that we love our One true God. Her desire is to see multitudes, especially Roman Catholics, freed from deception and come out of “Babylon” into the fullness of the body of Christ. Jesus is both God and her Best Friend, and she wants multitudes to appreciate how good He is, and how just and true are His ways.
Ministry
Her areas of ministry have included hospitality, caring for seniors and international students, writing newsletters to missionaries in a few other nations, and two types of prophetic banner ministry: both flagging and hung banners which proclaim prophetic words.
